Dear voters,
How is my candidacy different and unique? Among other things,
1. I am the only candidate who has been willing to give in the candidacy if I can find better quality candidate.
2. I am the only candidate with specific COVID-19 Two track action plan, to control and/or eradicate in Hawaii; so, among other things, Keikis don’t have to wear mask at school.
Last 2 1/2 years of pandemic has revealed lots of flaws in our society.
Especially, pandemic management by the officials was utter failure; and they basically abandoned us since delta invasion. Sadly, Media have been silent and rather in cahoots especially with Josh Green who had caused mass casualties in delta floodgate.
In my Covid two track plan, although tightening our ports with more screening and tests is necessary at the same time, but to control within Hawaii, we want to test everyone altogether, perhaps two weekend days, Friday afternoon and Sunday morning. If not successful, we do it again the following weekends until we eradicate the virus for no case for about 10-14 days for Omicron.
This can be self reported all voluntarily thru mobile app, self isolated if needed, without requiring any lockdown.
2ndly, for travelers coming to the islands, we test them before boarding, and test again following morning after arrival.
If cannot be done before boarding, we test during flight, but mask mandate during the time and until testing in the following morning.
The protocol may be adjusted and changed accordingly as necessary.
And, these methods would become benchmarking and guidelines for possible future invasion by the other variants and microbes.
3. I am the only candidate with specific Media Reform plans. Among others, Journalists Labor Union and Media Mediation Commission for General public.
My plans totally guarantee Media’s 1st amendment, free speech and press.
(But, they may come in only when they make fake news.)
4. I am the only candidate who promote emotional growth among us; and also we want to implement emotional health curricula at our schools.
Hawaii is sick, and we need treatment. Especially, we need more healing from the pain that we have not been consciously aware.
5. I am the only candidate with much bigger picture with more specific plans, in pursuing self-sustainable economic growth.
We are facing stagflation due to pandemic; and boosting economy while diversifying to self-sustainable levels is necessary.
In that, we need to boost transportation; bringing back ferries, making roads like H4, H5 freeways , and connecting Kaena point.
If need quick revenue growth, we may want to bring Las Vegas casino to the islands, but not in Waikiki.
And, affordable housing may not be possible without sufficient revenues no matter how good plans are.
In order to reduce cost of living, we need to sufficiently grow our own foods, make our own goods, produce more cost-effective alternative energy like nuclear power.
As Jones Act alternative, we also want to build US port like in Jonston Island, so we reduce shipping cost to and from Western Pacific regions.
To control ever increasing house price, for example, we want to implement Aloha Score, in addition to FICO score, so non residents cannot buy Hawaii property only with money.
Plz, refer to my plan, Aloha dept and Aloha Court, as well.
We build our own Hawaii nation within Nation.
So, we become independent and interdependent with federal government.
In conclusion, so far, I haven’t found any candidate, who can do better, and also honor and carry on with my plans.
Plz support me, and vote for Richard Kim for your Governor.
Thank you very much.
Why must (should) Hawaii need to have treatment?
Especially for the next coming generations!
Aloha.
Sadly, Hawaii was already sold, and we have been suffering from such damage for years, if not generations.
Plz, remember we are sick, and need necessary treatments.
Let’s look at ourselves deeply, and face the reality!
FIRST, let’s build ourselves from within…
Aloha.
Regarding Aloha score, emotional health, taxes and tax credits, and revenues…
Among others,
1. Any Hawaii residents and prospective residents, who attend emotional health classes or seminars, offered by State sponsored psychologists and related health professionals, may (could) get tax credits as well as higher aloha score, accordingly, (just like continuing education as Hawaii residents).
2. Any Hawaii residents and prospective residents, who volunteer at prospective multipurpose transitional homeless centers, would be able to improve their (low or damaged?, if any) aloha scores, accordingly (rather quickly, if served longer).
3. Hawaii residents and prospective residents may choose to pay higher taxes (in percentage but not in amounts, depending on the income level), in order to improve their low aloha scores, (since it would help increase the State revenues).
Just some of the ideas…lol.
Aloha.
People should realize the fact that I am denouncing my opponent Josh Green is very much for people’s benefit, not just for my gain. In fact, I don’t care if I get elected or not.
I am alerting the innocent Hawaii people of this danger, especially because Media are not doing their job correctly, but in fact, they have been in cahoots with Josh Green.
If you don’t see this very important untold news, delta floodgate, (equivalent to crime against humanity), but only want to see the negative side of my such accusation, plz I would dare to claim you are very sick.
Why don’t you want to see the very important thing, INTENTIONAL negligence, that had caused and resulted in hundreds of unnecessary deaths and tens of thousands avoidable infections, especially as a doctor and liaison for COVID-19? Perhaps because, it didn’t happen to you?
That’s why we (you) need to improve our (your) emotional health very much.
Aloha.
What is common in these two people?
Answer: They must have been “traumatized” by their OWN actions.
One, due to killing his own mother.
The other, due to having caused (and resulted in) hundreds of unnecessary deaths and tens of thousands avoidable infections, as a doctor and liaison for COVID19.
Instead (perhaps) attending Gubernatorial forum at UH yesterday, Josh Green probably chose to spend time with his family. I understand.
But, his emotional health might have already been very much damaged; and I bet, his true healing may take for his lifetime.
Some people may still not know and understand the magnitude and how serious these events have been collectively to our emotional health. (I was even traumatized very much by just these two events, alone.)
From top to bottom, Hawaii needs much more healing…!
Aloha.
$100? $300? tax rebate, due to surplus? Especially at this time of pandemic emergency?
Are they out of their minds?
If we have surplus, e.g. we should prepare and invest on infrastructure for future COVID19 variants (and/or other microbial) invasion to our islands. We should also invest and build on our self sustainable economy, which must be among our top priorities, especially because we may encounter (or might have already encountered) economic hardships and/or “Stagflation” soon.
I only feel they may be again trying to drug us just for temporary gratification. Don’t you get the fact that “we are all sick”, not knowing true priorities, especially at this time of pandemic, (e.g. even after unnecessary mass casualties have happened due to their intentional bad policy decisions in handling COVID19)?
When are we going to realize we should invest on our emotional growth, which is also among top priorities?
Aloha.
Plz, don’t forget Media have been responsible for innocent Hawaii people’s emotional distress and pain.
The people’s emotional suffering might have been enormous especially due to repeated manipulations over the years, if not generations.
We need to RESCUE OURSELVES from such bigotry and power games.
My dear people of Hawaii,
By just looking at how Media has been in cahoots with Josh Green and many unions are supporting (endorsing) him, I could not believe how people are.
Simply, we are very sick!
Hawaii needs to improve much (more) of our emotional health, especially at the crisis like this pandemic.
Perhaps, Josh Green did not intend to cause such mass casualties (i.e. tens of thousands infections and hundreds deaths). But, the fact and evidence only leads to his clear responsibility.
Plz, remember Josh Green has never apologized for his wrongdoings, so far.
If Josh Green gets elected as your Governor and he does it again next time, i.e. sacrifice human lives over economy, I hope you, especially Media and the union leaders, volunteer such human sacrifice for him! And, I would not feel sorry for you.
Plz, don’t forget!
Our next coming generations may still (silently) suffer from these emotional conditions, if untreated, just like a hereditary disease.
Strengthening our primary and secondary education with emotional health curricula, may be among the top priorities in Hawaii.
Aloha.
In Hawaii, “being silent” and/or “forgetting” has often been considered as a virtue; and we often thought it is (always) aloha.
But, we haven’t sometimes realized that those manipulators (e.g. Media and Status Quo) might have misused the term and played victims, especially when they have done something wrong.
“Forgiving” can (should) be Aloha.
But, we often don’t realize such frequent forgiving without much resolution may lead to “repeated” and “continuous” injustice, as much as our deteriorated self-esteem or emotional health.
We (may) need to break such chains of misconception, especially for future of Hawaii and next coming generations.
Aloha.
Why do we need to practice (often), even if we all know?
Because, “knowing” and “feeling” are different; and even if we know loving ourselves, but feeling deep inside of ourselves may take time, sometimes many years, perhaps forever time if we repeatedly get traumatized or conditioned in the same way.
We need to practice such, til we feel enough and we perceive things fairly well, without much (only) negativity.
Aloha.
Some older people may say they are too old and can’t change.
Why should the older people also TRY to get healed, despite difficulties?
Even if it is difficult and the older may not get healed completely in many different reasons, the older’s such efforts, trying to get healed, may be positively viewed to the next generations, and further play big impact on and for their continuous healing and efforts, from the older generations’ pain they might have gotten and endured.
Aloha.
Grieving takes time, especially because emotions may often come and go.
And, everyone takes and goes thru such emotions in different or unique ways, because we are all different.
That’s why communications are important, as we go thru our own ways of grieving.
Especially because, we may be at different stages or timelines of grieving.
At least, we, human beings, should be happy that we are not robots…lol.
Aloha.
Should politics be all about money in Hawaii?
Am I too naive?
Perhaps so, but at least at the beginning?, the politics might (should) have not started only because of money related policy issues.
As I stated before, Hawaii ‘s MAIN problems are not just money related policy issues, but more of fundamental problems among and within ourselves.
If you tend to see only policy issues, (having to do with money), as main problems in Hawaii politics, you may be among the people who are much suffering from low self-esteem, not knowing the true priorities in our society.
I hope you understand my point.
Aloha.
Some voters say they look forward to seeing my debate, despite my repeated explanations that Media would not even want my name mentioned in their media.
Among other reasons, Josh Green cannot even answer or show even his face against my clear facts and evidence.
Furthermore, I told them, I may also rather want to debate a HEAD of Media, among other things, why they (he or she) have falsely supported or promoted Josh Green, despite clear facts and evidence of mass casualties (as a result of Green’s irresponsible wrongdoing(s), especially as a doctor and liaison for COVID19).
Simply, the debate would likely go ugly, or it would likely end in public outrage.
Some, if not many, Hawaii people don’t know how sick they are emotionally, e.g. with tunnel visions, narcissism, etc. Some even feel confused, although they seemed to clearly understand my reform ideas. Perhaps, they want Messiah to come and rescue them, but, they should understand I can ONLY HELP them SAVE THEMSELVES.
The level of emotional tolls (of some Hawaii people) might have been so deeper than expected. Sadly, Media (and Status Quo) (might likely) have taken advantage of such sad and bad situations. I can only see myself feeling sick observing such emotional damage from top to bottom of our society.
Sadly, I am not perfect, either.
But, I can only want to push my Reform plans again, (whatever I can), after also wanting to frequently rest and recharge myself.
Aloha.

When it comes to manipulation by Media and Status Quo, many Hawaii people don’t (may not) know why they may be following such manipulation, but much due to their emotional health, (e.g. low self-esteem, tunnel vision, false projections, deep rooted anger and bigotry in their minds), (although they know what Aloha and Pono mean), contradicting them(our)selves.
That’s why, subconsciously, they(we) repeatedly hate them(our)selves.
This kind of emotional turmoil and devastation must stop somewhere, especially for next coming generations.
Aloha.
Hawaii Reform is about ALL OF US.
Let’s heal especially for our next generations.
Although it’s very difficult, if we improve a little by a little, a step by a step, our next coming generations may (at least) live much better than us.
Aloha.
My position on TMT issue.
Fundamentally, I fully agree with the protesters.
But, if the protest is without giving alternative solutions, but only to block the TMT, then I cannot fully agree with the protesters; because I see the positive side of TMT, as well.
In that sense, I cannot fully disagree with Gov. Ige, that we can coexist…
I understand how People of Hawaii feel about Mauna Kea, but I cannot get rid of the feeling that our priority should be that we work on and build ourselves, first.
Aloha.
Yesterday, I met a (public school?) teacher, who tried to ask me, about public vs private school, presumably she want more support for public school.
I simply told her that teachers are backbone of our society; and, as long as she know her responsibility, I would be even willing to write a blank check to her.
But, she claimed she knows her responsibility, and further adamantly asked me the same question over and over.
Well, I don’t think she understood me that “responsibility” is not only as a teacher but also as a citizen.
I did not want to argue further and push her in the corner; so, I stopped answering.
But, I am sure she still thinks she deserved answer and won the argument.
This is one reason why we all need to improve our emotional health; and professionals are no exception.
Aloha.
Love Myself, Me too?, Movement?
I have often forgotten, and/or been deceived and mistreated by myself; and, I promise and remind myself to love me as often as I can…!
Aloha.
One other reason why main media are dying to fabricate and manipulate the polls in elections.
Because they know some, if not many, of Hawaii people may tend to heavily rely upon public opinion, but not on their own opinions; which may also be a sign of low self-esteem.
(I believe the main media might have often manipulated and affected much on our own self-esteems, thru frequent instigations and manipulations of our minds).
As I repeatedly stated before, we may need to overcome our own emotional issues, by following the correct and true decisions directly coming from our own brains.
It may look a very simple task, but, believe it or not, to some of us, it may be a very difficult thing.
But, let us not lose hope.
Please, remember our Hawaii’s future may truly depend on our own determination to decide our own future; (but, not decided by main media and the establishments).
Aloha.
