Question to Chief Justice Rechtenwald!
How can you prove you made logical, correct legal decision on this case?
This is about my Complaint to Supreme Court (Election Objection) regarding Def. Gov Ige’s alleged bribing on Korean community with $1,000,000, when I also ran for Governor in 2018.
Note: Motion to Dismiss is an early Court screening if the Complaint was frivolous and of no merit.
If the Complaint shows at least some fact and evidence, where triable issue exists, then the Court is to deny such motion.
The Court decision even stated “MOST favorable” should (must) be given to my fact and evidence, but the court dismissed my case without trial, against their own law.
Simply, the Court was in contempt of themselves, their own court.
Chief Justice Rechtenwald must have duty to Hawaii people for such explanations, since he was a part of this decision of the State’s highest court.

Where are the grant documents and applications? Where have they been stored?
Grant award at a golf tournament?
Why not signing ceremony at State Capitol?

Gov. Ige has duty to explain that it was not a BRIBE. (Ironically, in 2018 election time, Gov. Ige visited Hawaii Korean association, for the FIRST time as any incumbent Governor.)

Aloha Score, (in addition to FICO score), should be implemented, and high such score be also needed if anyone wants to comfortably live in Hawaii.
And, money shouldn’t be only? determining factor, whether who deserves to live in Hawaii or not, koko or non- koko, insider or outsider, etc.
Everyone should (legally) deserve to live in Hawaii; but, the priority should be given to those who show most Aloha, (and has highest aloha score), not (just) who has most money.
(Note: Those who were born and raised in Hawaii should INHERENTLY have much higher Aloha scores than those whose residency are not long.)
And, we should welcome any and all visitors, by implementing sufficient infrastructure to accommodate them (travellers), as much as possible.
If we need to control and regulate the number of visitors, (although not preferable), then we should also systematically regulate such visitors, by implementing rules and guidelines. E.g. If any way possible, Governor may not (randomly) declare such discouragement, “not to visit Hawaii”, which can be perceived as no aloha.

It seems mainland states have started to drop mandates, NOT because, I believe, we are safe, but because they felt it may be better cost-effectively.
(This may mean, among other reasons, it may cost too much for saving the lives of the vulnerable.)
Therefore, regardless of such loosening restrictions, especially the VULNERABLE population MUST still follow the precautions, including wearing high grade masks like N95 or KN95, as if such mandates are still in effect.
UNIVERSAL PRECAUTIONS, (as if all other people are infected)!

Why does “name recognition” in elections play a good part of Media’s manipulations on innocent Hawaii people?
Many people in Hawaii are busy making living, and don’t know much about politics. So, they tend to follow candidates only exposed to Media. Especially if they don’t know or have time to research on all the candidates.
Sadly, Media (and Status Quo) often falsely take advantage of such situations, by exposing and promoting their candidates of interests and choices much to the voters.
This is one reason why I promote my “Noise Campaign”. Among others,
Correctly inform the public;
1. Lg Green (and Media) had willingly and willfully caused delta surge in Hawaii. (E.g. See news on June 21, 2021 and Star Advertiser’s editorial on May 25, 2021.)
2. Lg Green knew the deadly delta variant was invading us. (See his own briefing on June 24, 2021.)
3. Since delta surge, the officials basically have abandoned Hawaii people in fighting the pandemic.
4. Due to the officials’ such abandonment since delta surge, also currently due to Omicron surge, Hawaii has been suffering tens of thousands unnecessary infections and deaths, that we did not deserve much to endure.
5. Media (and Status Quo) have been likely in cahoots with Lg Green (and others).
6. Hawaii can take this crisis, positively work on Reform, especially for next future generations.
7. Hawaii Reform is all about us.
Professionals first, but Media Reform first!
Then, some, if not many, of us should work on ourselves together.
Simply, strengthen our health (both physical and emotional).
8. Hawaii should (must) promote on fully self sustainable and diversified economy.
Simply, build a nation within a nation (USA).
