But, we may also need to check, e.g. Civil Beat’s association with Gov Ige and his team, because, previously, there might have been some (unnecessary) coverage of him by Civil Beat, although they may try to defend that the coverage was due to his being our governor.

I provided some specific plan for homeless, which is better than Gov Ige’s; while already legally disqualified Ms. Hanabusa does not provide any specific solution other than getting more media exposure thanks to their ties (working together).
Building a large scale, multipurpose, temporary shelters with minimum cost, would help reduce cost (in long term) and resolve homeless issue faster (in short term).
Although the risk of the maintenance cost and management of the shelters may be an issue, but we can resolve the prospective issues one by one costeffectively.
Plz, remember being homeless is not a basic, fundamental right as members of society. They just need to rehabilitate as quick as possible with our help.
But, we need to help them with compassion, providing AT LEAST BUT ONLY minimum survival conditions and any other means to help guide them to quickly come back to our society.
