I just placed and notified my open letter to Mr. Chad Blair and Honolulu Civil Beat, by commenting on the (his and their) post.
I am pretty sure this would be legally acceptable notice to them since they should be all aware of this open letter.
Some people may question and doubt me and my motto, (to preserve and promote Aloha Spirit); but, please remember they are the one who violated Aloha Spirit repeatedly.
Note: This is not a letter to a legal action.
