Imbalance and Unfairness in Our Society.

Note: I am not here to condone or sympathize the birds killing…but, its environmental effect may be very negligible, as compared to social pollution and its broad toxic effect on our environment, caused and/or made by Media.
A 19 year old guy, who killed federally protected albatross, recently in Oahu, may face one year in prison???…
Then, if I were a judge and happen to bring Media to a court, for polluting our social environment to a toxic level, e.g., where they might have caused some (if not many) people feel, suffer, and/or hate themselves or one another, directly or indirectly, (so that they might have sufferred and endured of emotional pain, depression, a loss of job, even becoming homeless, depending on drugs, and become suicidal, and even kill himself or herself, etc); then, I would give media a life sentence for each and every citizen’s (those) pain and suffering. And, these may be just a few of those negative effects (of the social pollutions caused by Media).
[These may NOT be all Media’s fault, as they (media) may claim. However, they may be at least partially, if not more or greatly, guilty of causing and/or making those toxic social pollutions.]
My people of Hawaii,
Do you see this imbalance and unfairness in our society?
We need Media Reform, dearly.
