Single Payer but Hybrid For Now?
I agree, generally; but, we may have to be still very careful how to oversee and manage the single payer since mismanagement may lead to not a good service or a disaster (e.g., communist system).
Maybe, a (better) hybrid format?…
But, at least, there may have to be lesser numbers than now…
