We may suffer from trauma, in one way or another, throughout our lives. But, with self-realization and cultivation, we can make our lives better thru healing process.
The irony is, unless we get healed, our psychological burdens of the trauma may be transferred to next generations; and they may continue to suffer…
Let us all TRY to stop this chain of pain and suffering; even if it is not easy.
Because, the more we try, less will they (the next generations) suffer.
